Why Brazilian Jiu Jitsu?

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a revolutionary martial art, not only in its actual techniques and theory, but in its approach to training. BJJ is taught in a relaxed atmosphere to allow the student to learn at their own pace and concern themselves with fully absorbing the information presented to them.  In learning BJJ, a student will be taken through many different ranges of practice, from learning takedowns/throws, extensive ground grappling and self defense techniques.

BJJ has been proven time and time again to be the most efficient way of ending a conflict, usually without harming the aggressor.  This has made BJJ the ideal solution for bully-proofing your child.  Training ultimately involves conditioning the students to have a response to various forms of aggression or dominance directed at them, as well as giving your child the courage to say NO in the face of peer pressure.
